Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Commerce City, CO team. You will perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production equipment and contribute to TPM initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, strong skills in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and familiarity with PLCs and robots. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities in a high-volume facility.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience & training.
• Over 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with TPM programs is a plus.
• Proficiency in PLC and industrial robot programming is a plus.
• Metal fabrication skills such as welding, milling, turning, drilling are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance programs.
• Install and commission new production equipment.
• Participate in building a TPM program.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Recommend and manage spare parts inventory using Kanban systems.
• Utilize uptime, MTTR, and maintenance cost metrics to drive improvements.
• Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment including PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics, sensors, and robots.

This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans.
