Vivmark Residential is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform hands-on maintenance, and prepare market-ready apartments. As a Senior Maintenance Technician, your day-to-day will involve addressing resident service requests, performing diverse hands-on maintenance tasks, and ensuring market-ready apartments. Additionally, you may assist in managing maintenance inventory and, in the absence of the Service Manager, assume managerial responsibilities, overseeing service requests and delegating tasks. This person will primarily be a Specialized Drywall Technician. We are seeking a detail-oriented drywall specialist to maintain the aesthetic standards of our multifamily community, focusing on common areas and occupied residences. This role requires a professional capable of performing high-quality painting, drywall repair, and thorough prep work while maintaining a clean, organized workspace to minimize resident disruption. The ideal candidate takes pride in a flawless finish, possesses strong communication skills, and proactively addresses minor issues before they escape.
