Job summary

Eastman is seeking a Maintenance Craft Person with 5+ years of experience to join the Centralized Maintenance and Services (CM&S) division in Kingsport, TN. The role supports skilled craft professionals in mechanical, electrical, and instrument maintenance and repair, with a focus on safety and reliable operations.

You should bring a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift, including overtime as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess 5+ years of maintenance experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument or Millwright areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to skilled craft professionals in maintenance and repair tasks.
• Aid in mechanical and/or electrical/instrument maintenance and repair assignments.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain clear and concise verbal and written communications.
