Job summary

Gro HR in Sunnyvale, TX seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems in a plant environment. You will help improve reliability, minimize downtime, and uphold safety standards while collaborating with operations and engineering teams.

The role requires experience with PLC diagnostics, power distribution, hydraulics, welding/inverter systems, and safety protocols such as LOTO and NFPA 70E.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience (5–7 years) in industrial maintenance or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance procedures, manuals, blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and safety protocols.
• English reading/writing required; bilingual considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair work with all departments and management.
• Perform Level 1 and 2 Maintenance Technician duties when required.
• Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, and decommissioning.
• Identify improvements to increase reliability and reduce costs.
• Develop maintenance procedures and standard work instructions.
• Ensure OSHA/NFPA 70E, LOTO, NEC compliance.
