Job summary

HelloFresh in Irving, Texas is seeking a Senior Level Technician (Maintenance Technician III) to maintain and repair automation, conveyance, and facilities equipment. You'll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and mentor lower-level technicians. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years experience in similar roles, a High School diploma and excellent judgment. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with conveyor, automation, robotics, and/or refrigeration repair and maintenance.
• Advanced understanding of machinery and equipment.
• Experience with inputs, outputs, and PLC logic systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all safety standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
• Troubleshoot assigned out of service equipment.
• Document work in CMMS and ticketing systems.
• Mentor maintenance personnel.

Skills

Experience with conveyor systems

Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical operations

Ability to read schematics

Basic computer skills

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Mechatronics associate or equivalent preferred
