The Senior Maintenance Technician serves as the plant's technical expert, reliability leader, mentor, and advanced troubleshooting resource. This role is responsible for leading complex maintenance activities, supporting equipment reliability initiatives, mentoring maintenance personnel, and driving continuous improvement efforts across the facility.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and reliability initiatives.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $58,030.00 and $85,107.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
