The Technician 3 (Senior Maintenance Technician) serves as the plant's technical expert, reliability leader, mentor, and advanced troubleshooting resource. This role is responsible for leading complex maintenance activities, supporting equipment reliability initiatives, mentoring maintenance personnel, and driving continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
Coach and mentor maintenance team members. Conduct technical training and skills development. Lead reliability improvement initiatives. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Support change management and cross-functional collaboration.
