Avient Corporation is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician in Winchester, VA to maintain and repair plant equipment and support safety and efficiency goals. Responsibilities

• As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will complete maintenance assignments to build, repair and maintain equipment in good operating condition while keeping costs to a minimum and meeting plant goals.

Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (2nd Shift), 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (3rd Shift)

Days: Monday - Friday

As a Senior Maintenance Technician with Avient, you are responsible for completing maintenance assignments to build, repair and/or maintain all equipment in good operating condition as quickly and accurately as possible; while keeping associated costs to a minimum and meet plant’s goals.
