Alsco Uniforms in Indianapolis operates an industrial laundry facility and is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to perform non-specialized facility maintenance and back up the Maintenance Supervisor. You will lead by coaching and hands-on demonstrations to improve equipment performance and ensure compliant operations.
Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of industrial maintenance, experience with electrical schematics, controls, steam/boiler operation, safety compliance, and a boiler operator
Hourly Base Pay: $34.00 to $37.00 The Senior Maintenance Technician performs non-specialized maintenance of the facility and its equipment, ensures compliance with applicable regulations and maintenance policies, and and back-up to the Maintenance Supervisor. This role partners with plant personnel to identify, repair, and improve equipment performance, and informally leads the maintenance team through coaching and hands-on demonstration. We measure success through the safe, cost-effective operation of the facility and equipment, and we operate our wastewater systems and power plant equipment.
