Weinstein Properties is seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician for 3Sixty Flats in Grand Prairie, TX. This is a working lead role responsible for coordinating maintenance activities and supervising a service team to keep grounds and buildings in excellent condition, delivering high-quality service to residents.

The ideal candidate has HVAC, electrical and plumbing trade expertise, EPA/CFC certification, and hands-on experience with building systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years trade related experience with at least 2 years of hands on apartment maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal).
• Hands on HVAC repair experience required
• Computer skills: use business software to assign and manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies and communicate via email.
• Willing to share on-call with other team members.
• Valid driver's license, transportation and tools required.
• DMV and background/criminal check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and coordinating activities of a service team to ensure upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings are completed efficiently.
• Diagnose problems and make repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywalling, exterior structural and appliances.

We are currently seeking a skilled & motivated Senior Maintenance Technician in Grand Prairie, TX:

Location:

• 3Sixty Flats

In this role, you will be responsible to assist with managing and coordinating activities of a service team to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient manner.

The maintenance team diagnoses problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural and appliances. You will also assist with scheduling and directly supervising all in-house and/or vendor work. You should be willing to share on-call with other team members.

This is a "working" lead role. The effective performance of our service team maximizes rents and maintains high occupancy levels by following professional maintenance practices, using quality control and following policies/procedures. Our service team is customer service driven which creates a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents.

Compensation:

• On Call Bonus - $150 per week (calls or no calls) plus additional $150 per holiday on call bonus
• Quarterly Bonus – $1,110 potential (based on performance of property and team)
• Benefits - vacation & sick time, holiday pay, insurance, rent discount and 401K with company match

Requirements:
