Trinity Property Consultants in San Diego, CA seeks a Maintenance Technician III to lead advanced diagnostics, repair complex systems, and mentor junior technicians on-site. You will diagnose HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues, manage larger repair projects, and ensure safety and compliance across properties.

The role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, strong trades skills, EPA certification, and a proactive approach to long-term preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience (multifamily experience required).
  • Advanced proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other major trades.
  • Working knowledge of appliances.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Lead full turns and larger renovation or repair projects.
  • Perform advanced panel, breaker, motor, and fixture replacements with code.
  • Inspect mechanical systems and recommend preventative solutions.
  • Coordinate vendors for specialized work.
  • Manage supply ordering and cost control.
  • Lead emergency response and on-call service.
  • Mentor and train Technician I and II team members.
