Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent with five years in environmental services, building maintenance, HVAC, mechanical or related trade.
• Graduation from an accredited trade school focusing on machinery, HVAC mechanics or general maintenance is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations; ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, controls, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility electrical systems and lighting.
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems and kitchen equipment.
• Inspect, repair, and install HVAC equipment including compressors and chillers.
• Support maintenance of structures, furnishings, and fixtures throughout the facility.
