Cortland Belmar in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead the property maintenance team and deliver high‑quality service to residents. You will diagnose complex issues, mentor junior technicians, and support the Service Manager to keep the community safe and well‑maintained.

Responsibilities include leading operations, handling escalations, and coordinating preventative maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and building systems.

Competenze

• EPA universal certification required; CPO preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5+ years experience in maintenance or multi‑family housing.
• Advanced skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building systems.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead daily departmental leadership.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to safely use tools, lift heavy items, climb ladders and work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call and emergency response schedules.
