Job summary

The Taylor Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Level 6 for our Louisville, MS location. The role reports to the Construction Manager and requires hands-on electrical, robotics, plumbing, and fabrication skills to support multiple Taylor properties.

Responsibilities include electrical system upkeep, CNC/Robotics maintenance, HVAC support, and proactive equipment care. Travel to other company locations may be required; a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Heavy background in repairing electrical equipment, circuits, plumbing, phone and data lines.
• Must pass welding test.
• Experience in construction, carpentry, fabrication and robotics.
• EPA certifications or licenses as needed for the above.
• Technician level up to Level 6 and ability to perform all levels (1-5).
• Must furnish required government certificates, registrations or licenses from approved trade schools.
• Must have valid driver’s license for insurance.
• Must pass HPE and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance service for Taylor facilities and properties.
• Perform electronics maintenance including CNC and robotics duties.
• Repair and install electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure safe condition of electrical fixtures and systems.
• Diagnose and repair data/phone/HVAC equipment and production machinery.
• Run data/phone lines and assist with outside contracting costs.
• Implement preventative maintenance for HVAC equipment and machinery.
• Advise/train maintenance staff on repairs and troubleshooting.
