Responsibilities include leading complex jobs, guiding junior technicians, driving process improvements, and ensuring strict safety and quality standards. Strong schematics reading and hydraulic/electrical/mechanical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; technical training is preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with drilling equipment or oilfield tools.
• Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and technical documents.

Strong understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and/or electrical systems. Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and technical documents.Education Requirements: Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds of drilling equipment. Lead complex jobs and ensure accuracy and efficiency of work. Provide technical guidance to lower-level technicians. Identify process improvements and recommend best practices. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards. Maintain shop efficiency and workflow.
