• Owner smartphone device with reimbursement for work use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall maintenance of the property, including planning, budgeting and organization.
• Lead repairs and maintenance of HVAC, electrical/mechanical, plumbing, grounds and structural elements; refurbish apartments.
