Job summary

Qualifications

• Journeyman license or equivalent experience in Electrical and/or Mechanical trades.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years experience in electrical and/or mechanical trades.
• Maintenance supervisory or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance planning and schedules to support production needs.
• Manage equipment work orders, backlog, and KPI-driven improvements.
• Develop and maintain weekly, shutdown, and long-range schedules.
• Coordinate with Reliability Engineering on PM and PdM development.
• Turnaround scheduling and critical path management for MT/major outages.
• Identify required parts, permits, and safety work instructions.
• Ensure accurate WO coding and up-to-date status.
• Support capital requests and cost management for downtime projects.

Education

Journeyman license or equivalent experience in Electrical and/or Mechanical trades

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

7-10 years experience in electrical and/or mechanical trades
