Qualifications

• 15+ years of Army maintenance management or equivalent experience.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance; ability to deploy TDY and travel.
• Experience with AR 750-1, GCSS-Army, and sustainment maintenance processes.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Field and Sustainment maintenance operations IAW AR 750-1.
• Develop SOPs, monitor maintenance operations, and guide personnel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain performance metrics.
• Coordinate with FRA Site Lead, COR, and stakeholders.
• Integrate maintenance with supply to ensure parts availability.
