Qualifications

• Boiler maintenance and safe operation expertise.
• Hands-on maintenance of air compressors and related plant equipment.
• Building and facilities maintenance in industrial settings.
• Electrical work related to facility equipment maintenance.
• Plumbing repairs for building support systems.
• Ability to work with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment.
• Carpentry and painting as part of building upkeep.
• Experience negotiating contracts with external vendors.
• Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule routine mechanical maintenance for building systems and plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on HVAC, boilers, and air compressors.
• Carry out building maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
• Install and repair facility and plant equipment, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Conduct boiler maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Minimize downtime by performing timely maintenance and repairs.
• Negotiate contracts with outside vendors to support facility maintenance.
• Schedule and coordinate work with internal teams and external providers.
• Use basic hand and power tools daily for tasks.
• Support seasonal facility needs, including snow removal and summer upkeep.
• Adhere to GMP and safety policies in production and warehouse areas.
• Document completed work according to facility procedures.
