A leading specialty ingredient solutions provider is seeking a Maintenance Engineer III in New Jersey to oversee the predictive and preventive maintenance programs in the plant. The role requires expertise in production equipment and chemical processes with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Qualifications

• 5 or more years of engineering experience in chemical or food processing industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement equipment reliability initiatives.
• Quickly provide troubleshooting and problem solving as difficulties arise.
• Assist production to optimize plant productivity and quality.

Skills

Expert working knowledge of production equipment and chemical processes

Knowledge of industrial maintenance techniques (PM, PDM, CMMS, RCM, TPM)

Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and support maintenance teams

Good communication and technical writing skills

Ability to manage budget and to estimate costs related to various projects

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
