  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with demonstrated ability to communicate technical information, lead bilingual teams, and provide client service in both languages.
  • Extensive working knowledge of engineering principles, building management systems (BMS), computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), building automation controls, and predictive maintenance technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL)
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and managing reliability maintenance programs, including predictive technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound) and Root Cause Failure Analysis methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of energy management strategies, sustainability initiatives, and utility optimization programs that drive operational cost reduction.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or continuous improvement frameworks applied to facility operations.
