The Home Depot is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to lead a team designing, building, and supporting our enterprise infrastructure. You will drive infrastructure as code, automation, and scalable cloud-native solutions across hardware and software to support Home Depot and its customers.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product teams, and help maintain secure, highly available systems. This role requires broad IT discipline experience and strong leadership in a fast-paced retail

Qualificações

• Minimum education: bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration in modern engineering teams.
• Experience with debugging, performance tuning, and security practices in multi-system environments.

Responsabilidades

• Leads delivery, configuration, debugging, and rollout of IT infrastructure solutions.
• Plans and analyzes infrastructure needs, architectures, and optimization opportunities.
• Develops infrastructure as code, monitoring, and AI model capabilities for continuous improvement.
• Mentors junior engineers and supports production systems, security, and incident response.
