The ideal candidate will possess expertise in COBOL, DB2, and CICS, with advanced knowledge of JCL syntax and mainframe utilities. You will be responsible for analysis, design, coding, and testing of projects for the Rating, Billing and Finance development team, working independently and adapting to complex problems. This role is key in enhancing operational efficiency and optimizing application performance.
