• Define and help train teams on development standards and best practices.

Strong knowledge and experience with COBOL, CICS, JCL, SQL, DB2, VSAM, MQ, TSO, Z/OS

Solid knowledge and experience with XML technologies including XML, XSD, XPATH

Experience with a source-code repository like Endevor

Strong technical, analysis, debugging and problem-resolution skills
