The Senior Machinist will serve as a key technical resource within a small, modern prototype machine shop supporting a rapidly growing medical device company. This role requires a hands‑on machinist who can independently plan, set up, machine, inspect, and troubleshoot complex prototype components while collaborating directly with engineers on design intent, manufacturability, tooling, fixtures, and quick‑turn design changes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities shift and creative problem‑solving is essential.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $45,000 - $73,500.
