Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional machining experience in high-precision environments.
• Expert-level proficiency with SolidWorks CAD and CNC programming.
• Mastery of both manual and automated machining processes.
• Deep understanding of measurement tools and quality control standards.
• Strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Precision Fabrication: Execute complex machining tasks using a wide array of equipment, including Manual & CNC Lathes, Mills, and specialized hand tools.
• Design-to-Build: Utilize SolidWorks to transition concepts into reality, performing design-for-manufacturability assessments.
• CNC Mastery: Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery, ensuring optimal tool paths and efficiency.
• Metrology & Quality: Conduct high-level precision inspections and metrology to meet aerospace-grade tolerances.
• Collaborative Engineering: Work with engineers and scientists to solve prototyping challenges for cutting-edge technology projects.
