Ontex is seeking a Machine Operator 3 in North Carolina to join our Production & manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, monitor and troubleshoot production machines while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with procedures and SAP transactions.

You will train and mentor Operators, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure the line delivers products that meet standards, with a focus on teamwork and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year related experience required.
• Mechanical and computer skills are necessary.
• Able to read training manuals and vendor instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate a production machine per procedures.
• Inspect product and materials to ensure standards.
• Maintain line performance and serve as line contact on shift.
• Perform preventive and minor maintenance on equipment.
• Train and mentor Operators.
• Complete quality paperwork and QIS entries.
