Qualifications

• Two years manufacturing experience OR one year Haworth manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial truck certification.
• CNC experience and Blue Print Reading are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery per company standards to fulfill customer orders.
• Set up and operate machines, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Monitor material flow, verify parts against tickets, and update the production system.
• Perform change-overs and consult with maintenance/engineering for complex operations.
• Assist other team members and adhere to safety and quality protocols.
