Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience may substitute for diploma.
• Willingness to follow written or oral instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new tasks quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsabilités

• Start and stop the machine safely without supervision.
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed).
• Place raw material or unfinished parts and remove finished parts safely.
• Monitor machine operation and check part quality with designated instruments.
• Understand when and how to stop machine safely.
• Perform basic maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication.
• Operate tools and machinery to aid manufacturing process.
• Read and understand drawings.
• Program CNC machines.
• Mentor and train lower-level operators.
