Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, ML or related quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering).
• 6+ years of experience programming with Python, Java, Golang, or C++.
• 6+ years of ML experience using PyTorch or TensorFlow and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• 6+ years of experience using and operating large-scale distributed systems (Spark, Ray) to prepare AI/ML data.
• 4+ years deploying and operating ML in production on cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and using Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver ML models and components with Product and Data Science teams.
• Build and scale multi-tenant platforms for large footprint ML training and serving.
• Inform ML infra decisions: model choice, data, features, training, tuning, bias/variance, validation.
• Develop and validate ML models, write tests, automate deployment.
• Collaborate in Agile teams to enable state-of-the-art big data and ML apps.
• Retrain, maintain, and monitor models in production.
• Leverage cloud architectures and platforms to deliver optimized ML models at scale.
• Construct data pipelines to feed ML models.
• Apply CI/CD, test automation, and monitoring for deployments.
• Ensure code governance, risk controls, and responsible AI practices.
