Qualifications

• 4+ years of track record driving impact in ML/AI or related field.
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in CS, EE, Statistics, Applied Math, or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in AI, machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing; Java and Python proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Understand technical challenges and map problems from first principles to ML paradigms.
• Discuss technical ideas cross-functionally with strong communication.
• Define technical requirements: data collection, evaluation, production serving strategy.
• Design and implement ML-based solutions and systems that scale and evolve.
• Analyze data and identify patterns to inform development.
• Produce technical reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on trends in LLMs, vision models, and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Understand the technical challenges of a real‑world problem. Think and formulate problems from first principles and map them to one or more Machine Learning paradigms.
• Utilize strong communication skills to iteratively discuss technical ideas cross‑functionally.
• Define technical requirements, including but not limited to data collection, evaluation mechanism, and production serving strategy.
• Based on product requirements, design and implement ML‑based solutions and systems that can scale and evolve over time.
• Analyze data and identify patterns to inform further development.
• Produce technical reports and documentation targeted to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology such as large language and vision models, and generative AI.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of track record driving impact in the industry and related experience.
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Applied Math or related discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Expertise in AI, machine learning, deep learning and natural language processing.
• Expertise in Java and Python.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $128,250.00 to $266,875.00 per year and will vary depending on factors such as location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
