A leading academic health institution is seeking a senior-level AI/ML platform engineer with hands-on experience in Azure MLOps and Microsoft Fabric. Candidates should have a deep understanding of model registries, LLM usage, and agent technologies. This role requires collaboration with infrastructure and DevOps teams to develop secure patterns and implement governance standards. The successful candidate will work with large-scale structured and unstructured data and must have a background in regulated environments. This position is based in the United States and offers a competitive compensation range.
