Job summary

Eaton is looking for a Senior IT Specialist - M365 & Active Directory Architect based in the United States. This role encompasses strategy, governance, and implementation for M365 platforms and Active Directory, requiring extensive IT experience and knowledge of Microsoft technologies. With a salary range of $130,000 to $190,000, the position provides opportunities for impact in managing enterprise-wide projects and improving system designs. Candidates should reside near specified locations, including Beachwood, OH or Moon Township, PA.

Qualifications

• Minimum twelve (12) years IT experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Microsoft Technology domain including Active Directory/M365/Exchange.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall effort for M365 & AD platform strategy and roadmaps.
• Defines technology standards for platforms and systems.
• Monitors platform performance and capacity.

Skills

Proven experience with Microsoft M365 suites

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent proficiency with English (written and verbal)

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
