Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with middle-market corporate clients, offering tailored advice on corporate finance services including M&A, ESOPs, and lending solutions.
2. Transition to ESOPs: Utilize internal resources and mentorship to learn structuring, financing, and executing ESOP transactions for clients.
3. M&A Advisory: Support or lead M&A transactions, providing insights on deal structuring, valuations, and execution, integrating ESOP strategies where applicable.
4. Corporate Banking Services: Provide a range of banking solutions such as capital markets, lending, and treasury management tailored to client needs.
5. Transaction Support: Oversee the full lifecycle of transactions, working with advisors to ensure smooth execution.
6. Business Development: Identify new client opportunities and collaborate with senior teams to grow the ESOP and M&A client base.
