Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Business Performance Senior Manager, Integration Management to lead strategic execution within the Results Delivery Office for M&A integrations. You will direct cross-functional workstreams, establish governance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of integration milestones in alignment with value drivers.

You will partner with senior leaders across RDO, R&D, Operations, and Commercial to optimize integration plans, drive change management, and deliver enterprise-wide

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated execution plan, governance framework, milestones, timelines, and reporting.
• Oversee plans across cross-functional integration workstreams; manage risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on implementation planning and execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to accelerate delivery and resolve blockers.
• Drive change management including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training.
• Analyze information to transform business issues into detailed transformation plans and deliverables.
• Provide executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards; escalate risks with mitigation strategies.
