Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline.
• MBA or related master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of complex financial analysis experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel financial modeling and MS Word/PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of financial statements and valuation theory.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple work streams for live transactions with financial modeling and memo creation.
• Build and use DCF/earnings models to assess projects and AES.
• Analyze potential transactions and risks under supervision.
• Manage junior team members on internal projects.
• Coordinate data gathering from confidential and public sources for analysis.
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
• Support internal processes for transaction assessment and approvals.
