RH Interior Designers provide design services to walk-in clients in RH Galleries. This role suits seasoned innovators with leadership qualities and extensive interior design experience who aspire to build a thriving design business within a RH Gallery location.

Designers balance a personal sense of style with RH’s design point of view, attract and retain talent, and uphold high professional standards while collaborating with sales and product teams across the RH platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years design experience in a design firm or luxury retail preferred.
• Professional portfolio required.
• Hands-on interior installation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and related space planning tools.
• Leadership or business experience preferred.
• Stay current with local and global design industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Live RH Vision, Values and Beliefs daily.
• Create original residential interior designs using RH point of view and product assortment.
• Determine design objectives for client spaces considering architecture and lifestyle.
• Use floor plans and presentations to show RH concepts to clients.
• Ensure fiscal goals are achieved through design projects and consultations.
• Meet with clients in gallery and in home.
• Lead multiple design projects of various sizes.
• Oversee all phases of the client experience from initial contact to delivery.
