Hotel Bardo Savannah, part of Left Lane Hospitality Group, LLC, seeks a Senior Events Manager to plan and execute a portfolio of high‑touch events across Hotel Bardo Savannah and Recess Hotel & Club in Savannah, GA. You’ll partner with Sales, Culinary, Banquets, Rooms and Operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive event revenue.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience in luxury hospitality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex programs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive event management experience.
• Experience handling complex corporate, social and catered events.
• Strong knowledge of banquet operations, BEOs, timelines, contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex corporate meetings, social events, group programs, and select weddings across Hotel Bardo Savannah and Recess Hotel & Club.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout planning, detailing, execution, and post-event follow-up.
• Lead planning meetings, site visits, tastings, and consultations while translating client needs into clear event plans.
• Create and maintain accurate Banquet Event Orders, timelines, diagrams, guarantees, billing instructions, and other event documentation.
• Partner closely with Culinary, Banquets, Sales, Rooms, and Operations to ensure seamless communication and execution.
• Anticipate event needs, manage changes, and resolve client or operational challenges with professionalism.
• Manage event budgets, minimums, billing details, profitability, and upsell opportunities.
• Build strong client and vendor relationships while mentoring fellow Event Managers.
