Kundlas Consulting Group LLC is seeking a Lumber Inspector to inspect and grade lumber, railroad ties, plywood, pallets, and other wood products for compliance with industry standards. The role requires expertise in lumber grading, wood treatment processes, and testing of wood products, with a minimum of five years' relevant experience.

The successful candidate will evaluate pressure treatment, preservation, and fire-retardant methods, document results, and support recommendations for acceptance

Qualificações

• Five+ years of experience inspecting or grading lumber.
• Experience inspecting railroad ties, plywood, pallets.
• Experience with hardwoods and softwoods.
• Familiarity with pressure-treating techniques and fire-retardant treatments.
• Knowledge of testing methods for wood products.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and grade lumber and wood products.
• Inspect railroad ties, plywood, wooden pallets, hardwoods and softwoods.
• Evaluate pressure treatment, preservation, and fire-retardant methods.
