Qualifications

• One year of experience in long-term care facilities.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
• Experience passing medications in a skilled nursing facility.
• Must communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to residents ensuring health and safety.
• Coordinate shift assignments and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Assist with resident care, treatments, and medication administration.
• Document services and care outcomes in the facility system.
• Maintain Resident Rights and HIPAA compliance.
