Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in CACREP-accredited program.
• Full, current, unrestricted license to independently practice as a LPMHC.
• May qualify under Grandfathering provision for current VA employees.

Responsibilities

• Advanced knowledge of theories and modalities for treating complex mental illness in veterans.
• Provide advanced psychotherapeutic interventions and case management as part of the clinical team.
• Coordinate delivery of psychosocial services and design system changes.
• Provide subject-matter consultation and supervise/licensure support to trainees or unlicensed staff.
• Mentor staff and trainees and support licensure/specialty certifications.
• Communicate with leadership and stakeholders about policies and practice guidelines.
