Job summary

ATS Automation, a leader in building technologies, seeks a Superintendent for low voltage installation in Critical Facilities. You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and support the Project Manager with duties.

40–70% field supervision expected, with a strong emphasis on documentation and collaboration with customers and teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 6+ years in construction, and 4+ years leading crews;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in construction with 4+ years supervising crews of 8+.
• Low voltage electrical and mechanical installation experience preferred.
• Automation integration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute installation plans meeting project requirements.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, contractors, vendors to support schedules.
• Lead installation teams and assign responsibilities to meet milestones.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, safety, and codes.
• Identify and resolve installation, quality, and commissioning issues.
• Maintain documentation of activities, tests, and project status.
