Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior LO Mission Systems Integration Engineer to lead design, modeling, and testing of low observable materials and sensors for mission systems. You will independently execute complex tasks, use advanced CEM solvers, and defend results with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities include driving LO integration with mechanical and thermal constraints, overseeing tests, developing predictive models, and delivering high-quality documentation while mentoring junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent related field
• 9+ years of related experience or equivalent education/experience
• 5+ years hands-on with LO materials/technologies across integration, design, manufacturing or testing
• Active Top Secret Clearance
• Ability to obtain Special Program Access (US citizenship required)

Responsibilities

• Lead design, modeling, and analysis for LO materials, structures and integrated mission systems
• Apply CEM solvers to model antennas, apertures, radomes, and LO treatments; perform optimizations
• Integrate LO treatments with mechanical, thermal and sensor/antenna constraints
• Plan, execute, and oversee lab and field tests (anechoic chamber, RCS)
• Develop and validate predictive models; reconcile simulations with measurements
• Produce test plans, reports, memos, and design reviews
• Mentor junior engineers; ensure processes, quality, and configuration control
• Collaborate across structures, materials, manufacturing, RF/antennas, systems engineering
