Job summary

A technology solutions provider seeks an experienced developer to modernize manufacturing web and database applications. This role involves database engineering, API modernization, and low-code workflow development using the PMG platform. Candidates should have strong SQL expertise, experience in backend or full-stack development, and familiarity with automation or low-code platforms. The position requires collaboration with engineering and IT teams to integrate solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in SQL with experience in tuning and migrations.
• Experience in backend/full-stack technologies like .NET, Python, or Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Modernize legacy web and database applications and refactor APIs.
• Build PMG workflows, forms, service catalogs, and automation logic.
• Redesign and optimize SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.
• Integrate PMG with ERP and MES systems and build secure REST services.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, QA, and IT teams.

Skills

Strong SQL expertise (schema design, tuning, migrations)

Backend/full-stack development experience (.NET, Python, Node.js)

Hands-on experience with workflow/automation or low-code platforms

Prior PMG Digital Platform experience

Manufacturing systems experience

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement

Ability to work independently in dynamic environments
