Job summary

North Carolina Department of IT - Transportation (NCDIT-T) is seeking an Expert Level Low Code Developer for a 12-month engagement to upgrade and develop an existing Geotechnical Application. The role focuses on designing, writing, deploying, and maintaining a Low Code Web application using Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and related technologies.

On-site attendance is required initially, with local Triangle region preference.

Qualifications

• Expert level experience designing and delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Experience deploying solutions within Power Platform Environments.
• Strong architecture, design, and development skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and translate requirements into designs.
• On-site attendance on first day and occasional on-site meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Debug, optimize, and maintain low-code apps and workflows.
• Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into designs.
• Provide testing and training support and report progress to stakeholders.
