We are adding a Long-Term Care Reimbursement Manager to lead Medicare/Medicaid cost report engagements, mentor staff, and drive process improvements with technology and AI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement experience.
• Experience preparing and reviewing Medicare cost reports.
• Prior reimbursement leadership experience (Manager/Specialist) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Leadership: manage long-term care reimbursement clients and lead cost reports from planning to submission.
• Technical Leadership: ensure technical accuracy of cost reports and research regulations.
• People & Operations Leadership: manage budgets, mentor staff, and improve workflows with AI-enabled processes.
• Practice Growth: identify advisory opportunities and support proposals and business development.
