Job summary

Five Rivers Analytics (FRA), an Akima company, is seeking a Logistics, Warehouse & Asset SME to support the Southwest Field Office in Tucson, AZ. The role covers logistics, asset management, property management, and warehouse operations, with duties spanning receipt, storage, distribution, fleet management, and deployment support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must pass a DHS Customs and Border Protection Background Investigation.
• Must be available to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage extensive warehouse logistics operations, including receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Oversee shipment coordination, monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excesses, and ensure safety and industry standards.
• Conduct inspections to verify completion of facility work orders and maintenance tasks in the Technology Support Warehouse environment.
• Inventory incoming and outgoing program equipment; document items and dispositions.
• Complete monthly Health and Safety Inspection Sheets and update Health & Safety records for accessibility.
• Oversee fleet management: fuel, maintenance invoices in SAP, vehicle readiness, and disposition planning.
• Transport government-owned vehicles to meet deployment requirements and coordinate with other sites for fleet repairs.
• Provide Local Property Officer (LPO) support in SAP, ensuring compliance and asset lifecycle management.
