We are seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist to provide hands‑on leadership and execution of logistics, materials and hazardous materials operations across multiple field locations. This position will play a critical role in establishing and supporting logistics operations in New Mexico, while coordinating materials and transportation activities with existing operations, including Torrance, CA and Midland, TX.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in the field, coordinating directly with site personnel, carriers, vendors, and operations teams, and stepping in to solve logistics challenges as they arise. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong knowledge of explosives, hazardous materials transportation and storage, DOT, OSHA, and ATF requirements, as well as the ability to build practical processes and training programs from the ground up.
