Job summary

EXPANSIA, in Huntsville, is seeking a seasoned Integrated Product Support specialist to help manage IPS for Army/DoD programs. You will support SOW/CDRL/DID development, risk analysis, and sustainment documentation while coordinating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced defense environment.

Required: Active Secret clearance, 8+ years IPS experience (or 11+ years with HS diploma), and strong communication skills.

• Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in IPS or High School diploma with 11+ years in related work.
• Knowledge of acquisition and IPS regulations, policies, and standards.
• Experience managing and executing complex logistics or acquisition projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Integrated Product Support (IPS) including research, analysis, development, integration, and logistics data coordination with stakeholders.
• Assist development and review of acquisition documentation such as SOWs, CDRLs, DIDs, WBS, IMS, and lifecycle cost estimates.
• Support milestone activities including documentation reviews and design reviews.
• Analyze and mitigate risks in Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) related to sourcing, cybersecurity, and quality.
• Assess logistics information across product support integrators to optimize strategies.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams focused on supply chain risk management.
• Analyze logistics operations across FLRAA deployment environments to identify deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Ensure alignment of product support arrangements with FLRAA sustainment strategies.
• Develop and maintain required logistics documentation such as LCSP, Sustainment Workload Estimates, ILS, and other statutory requirements.
• Support multiple acquisition and logistics projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex logistics and sustainment challenges.
• Conduct logistics studies and technical analyses to support program objectives.
• Provide clear and effective communication with stakeholders across the program.
