• Ensures optimum inventory levels at multiple locations.
• Determines staffing requirements; ensures recruitment, training, and retention of staff.
• Performs reconciliations, validations and audits of warehouse inventory operations.
• Administers company policies and performance reviews that affect subordinates.
• Creates and submits claims for losses or damaged materials and assists suppliers.
